With your support behind the scenes, you’ll be helping artists all around the world catch their big break.

Guest Experience Agent (English and Spanish) — HOLT

Salary: Not listed

Perks: HOLT promises fast-track growth opportunities for outstanding performance, so in under one year, you could move your way up to a management position! With a “highly competitive salary,” paid professional development, and generous, flexible paid time off, prospects are looking very good for this gig. If you’re lucky, maybe you’ll get a chance to visit one of their spellbinding suites. 

Why It’s Hot: This luxury hotel and travel company is dripping with swag. With 5-star private condos and gorgeous properties in idyllic locations like Oaxaca, New York City, Aspen, and Bucharest, HOLT clearly has a taste for the finer things in life. Browsing through their image gallery of immaculately decorated suites will absolutely melt your brain. The opulence is off the charts!

Customer Support Representative — Descript

Salary: Not Listed

Perks: A fully-loaded benefits package, catered lunches, and… UNLIMITED vacation?! Might as well pack your bags and plan a trip to beautiful Montreal or sunny San Francisco—you can pop in for a visit at one of Descript’s head offices while you’re there!

Intermediate CX Jobs:

Customer Success Manager — Battlefy

Salary: Not Listed

Perks: As you’d come to expect from an esports company, these folks are big on gaming— on the field and on the console. They offer “programs to support outdoor fitness activities,” so if you’ve been itching to join a rec league or learn a new sport, Battlefy can hook you up. Plus, the hours are flexible, so if you need a day off for your championship game, they’ve got you covered!    

Why It’s Hot: If you’re a sports buff, a gamer geek, or a bit of column A and column B, this is a perfect gig for you. With a few years of CX service under your belt, you can level up those customer service skills by maintaining great relationships with Battlefy’s long list of downright legendary clients. 

This fast-growing esports platform is working with some notable names in sports that you might recognize. No big deal, just a little something called the NHL, and their friends the NFL, NBA, and MLB. Yeah, they’re kind of a big deal. Oh, and Red Bull, because gaming and energy drinks go together like mac and cheese. 

Wordpress Support Engineer — SiteCare

Salary: Not Listed 

Perks: Right off the hop, you’ll get a $2000 technology stipend, with another $2000 top-up every two years! SiteCare also gives out a quarterly profit share, so you can look forward to four bonuses throughout the year to beef up that salary. To top it all off, they offer a $200 quarterly professional development stipend, so it’s pretty safe to say they’re invested in helping you succeed!

CX Planning and Operations Analyst — Formstack

Salary: $60,000 – $68,000

Perks: These guys do not hold back on the benefits. Unlimited paid time off—yes, you read that right—free health and dental plans, and life insurance are just the tip of the iceberg. You’ll also get monthly stipends for technology and health and wellness, so go buy that Apple Watch and book yourself a massage! A quick scroll through their Instagram shows they’re a pretty fun-loving team with a great sense of humor—major good vibes. 

Senior CX Jobs

Director of Omnichannel CX — Glossier (US Only)

Salary: Not Listed

Perks: When you’re working for one of the trendiest makeup brands in recent history, you best believe you’re gonna get some free product and sweet discounts. Perfumes, dreamy blushes, and the glossiest of glosses—if you’ve got a makeup addiction, a job with Glossier will definitely fit with your lifestyle.

Technical Customer Support, Senior Manager — Sourcegraph

Salary: $168,486 USD

Perks: As if that juicy salary wasn’t amazing enough, you’ll get a whole party platter of tasty benefits at this job. Every month, you’ll get a $100 health and wellness stipend to complement your medical and dental benefits.
