Customer Support Specialist — Littledata (North America)

Salary: Not Listed

Perks: How does an annual all-expense-paid vacation in jolly old England sound to you? Littledata is headquartered in London, and they like to round up the team for regular meetups to brainstorm, build new skills, get to know each other, eat bangers and mash, and other cool London stuff. This position is also intended to be a launching point to further your skills in CX with eventual promotion to a management position, so the upward mobility is definitely in your favor.

Customer Experience Manager: Virtual Store — Tesla (Canada)

Salary: Not Listed

Perks: Dude, it’s Tesla. The boss built a rocket and went to space, so you can rest assured he can afford to foot the bill for extensive medical, dental, and vision benefits. You’re also entitled to a bunch of different insurance plans, an RRSP, childcare benefits, and *drumroll*...employee discounts! That’s right—you can snag a sick deal on an electric car and flex on all your friends who are still living in the fossil fuels era. 

Why It’s Hot: If you haven’t heard of Tesla—which is highly improbable—it’s one of the most innovative and cutting-edge electric vehicle companies owned by the eccentric billionaire himself, Mr. Elon Musk. If you’re the eco-conscious type who’s on board for helping folks make the switch to low-emission vehicles, this position would suit you very nicely! Plus, you only need three years of customer service experience to qualify, so it’s a great move if you’re ready to evolve from an entry-level position.

CX Senior Analyst: Telemedicine & Pharmacy — Hims & Hers (US Only)

Salary: $70,000 – $90,000

Perks:  This place definitely doesn’t skimp on the benefits! You’ll be eligible for an employee stock purchase program, generous parental leave, extensive medical coverage with bonus wellness benefits, employee discounts, $75/month for your phone and internet, a 401k with company match, unlimited paid time off, and one mental health day per quarter. But wait, there’s more! Hims & Hers does regular offsite retreats, so you’ll get some fun trips out of the deal, too. 

Why It’s Hot: This telehealth platform offers high-quality, virtual care for a wide range of conditions and areas of medicine. They deal with everything from mental health to primary care, sexual health, skincare, and even hair care! Their services are highly personalized, so you can build your own healthcare plan like it’s an à la carte buffet.

Senior CX Jobs

Customer Experience Program Manager — Divvy Homes (North America)

Salary: $94,450—$145,000

Perks: When you get the job, you’ll be presented with three different salary options to choose from, depending on the type of equity you’d like with the company. So, if you plan on staying for the long run, a future with Divvy Homes looks pretty spectacular! Director of Digital Customer Experience — Informatica (North America)

Salary: Not Listed

Perks: Informatica offers tuition reimbursement if you ever want to pursue some post-secondary education on the side—a great way of upping your skills and your future salary! Medical coverage, mental health, and employee assistance benefits, flexible time off, paid parental leave, adoption benefits, pension and retirement plans, and life and disability insurance are also on the menu.  

Why It’s Hot:  If you’re the type who gets a kick out of diving deep into data, crunching numbers, and building high-level strategies, this position will surely satisfy you. Their globally-diverse team of data-hungry collaborators specializes in enterprise data cloud management, with 5000+ active customers and 85 of the Fortune 100 companies on their side. Informatica is super conscious about community outreach and corporate responsibility, with several initiatives supporting BIPOC and 2SLGBTQ+ folks, women in tech, and women in finance—love it!
