Stamped Review: Pros, Cons, Features and Pricing
Stamped is a customer engagement platform built for ecommerce brands that collect product reviews and run loyalty programs. It brings reviews, ratings, user-generated content, and referral tracking into one place. I'd evaluate it over Yotpo if pricing is a concern. Stamped covers the same core review and loyalty features at a lower cost—a real advantage for mid-market brands that are scaling retention programs without an enterprise budget.

How We Test & Score Tools
We’ve spent years building, refining, and improving our software testing and scoring system. The rubric is designed to capture the nuances of software selection and what makes a tool effective, focusing on critical aspects of the decision-making process.
Below, you can see exactly how our testing and scoring works across seven criteria. It allows us to provide an unbiased evaluation of the software based on core functionality, standout features, ease of use, onboarding, customer support, integrations, customer reviews, and value for money.
Core Functionality (25% of final scoring)
The starting point of our evaluation is always the core functionality of the tool. Does it have the basic features and functions that a user would expect to see? Are any of those core features locked to higher-tiered pricing plans? At its core, we expect a tool to stand up against the baseline capabilities of its competitors.
Standout Features (25% of final scoring)
Next, we evaluate uncommon standout features that go above and beyond the core functionality typically found in tools of its kind. A high score reflects specialized or unique features that make the product faster, more efficient, or offer additional value to the user.
We also evaluate how easy it is to integrate with other tools typically found in the tech stack to expand the functionality and utility of the software. Tools offering plentiful native integrations, 3rd party connections, and API access to build custom integrations score best.
Ease of Use (10% of final scoring)
We consider how quick and easy it is to execute the tasks defined in the core functionality using the tool. High scoring software is well designed, intuitive to use, offers mobile apps, provides templates, and makes relatively complex tasks seem simple.
Onboarding (10% of final scoring)
We know how important rapid team adoption is for a new platform, so we evaluate how easy it is to learn and use a tool with minimal training. We evaluate how quickly a team member can get set up and start using the tool with no experience. High scoring solutions indicate little or no support is required.
Customer Support (10% of final scoring)
We review how quick and easy it is to get unstuck and find help by phone, live chat, or knowledge base. Tools and companies that provide real-time support score best, while chatbots score worst.
Customer Reviews (10% of final scoring)
Beyond our own testing and evaluation, we consider the net promoter score from current and past customers. We review their likelihood, given the option, to choose the tool again for the core functionality. A high scoring software reflects a high net promoter score from current or past customers.
Value for Money (10% of final scoring)
Lastly, in consideration of all the other criteria, we review the average price of entry level plans against the core features and consider the value of the other evaluation criteria. Software that delivers more, for less, will score higher.
Core Features
Review Collection and Optimization: You can easily gather customer reviews through automated email requests and in-app prompts. This helps build trust and improve your product based on real feedback.
User-Generated Content (UGC): Stamped allows your customers to share photo and video reviews of your products. This authentic content can then be used to help boost your brand's social proof and engage potential buyers.
Ratings and Reviews Display: Display customer photo reviews and ratings directly on your product pages in visually-appealing carousels. This feature enhances customer trust and can help increase conversion rates.
Loyalty Programs: Create customized loyalty programs that reward your customers for repeat purchases and referrals. This keeps your customers coming back and increases their lifetime value.
Email Marketing: Leverage automated email marketing tools to engage with your customers. These tools help keep your audience informed about new products, upsells, and promotions.
Standout Features
Visual Marketing Suite: This feature lets you create and share visual content from customer photos and videos. It enhances your marketing efforts by showcasing real-life product usage and highlighting great reviews.
Advanced Analytics: Stamped provides deep insights into customer behavior and engagement. This data empowers you to make strategic decisions to improve customer satisfaction and boost sales.
Ease of Use
Stamped has a simple, easy-to-use interface that most teams can navigate without trouble. Users like its straightforward design, though some feel it doesn’t offer enough customization. It’s intuitive for managing customer engagement, but advanced users may want more flexible options in terms of integrations and automation.
Onboarding
Stamped's onboarding process earns a moderate rating for its straightforward yet somewhat limited approach. Users appreciate the availability of a quick start guide and basic tutorials, but feedback suggests these resources could be more comprehensive. While initial setup is manageable, some users desire more in-depth guidance and interactive elements to make it easier to understand the platform..
Compared to other review apps , like Yotpo, judge.me or Loox, Stamped's onboarding might not be as engaging or thorough, which can potentially affect how quickly your team can leverage its full capabilities.
Customer Support
Stamped's customer support is rated as average by users. While they provide basic assistance and step-by-step instructions, some users feel it lacks the depth and quick responsiveness expected from top-tier customer engagement software. You might find their support helpful for straightforward issues, but complex problems could take longer to resolve. The available resources, like FAQs and tutorials, are useful but might not always cover specific issues. Consider this if your team typically needs frequent, in-depth support.
Integrations
Stamped integrates with popular platforms such as Shopify stores, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Squarespace, Google Shopping, and Wix.
Stamped offers an API and supports third-party integration tools, allowing users to connect with other applications and services beyond its native integrations.
Value for Money
Stamped offers a pricing structure that aligns well with the features provided, making it a cost-effective choice for users seeking robust customer engagement tools. The different pricing bundles cater to the varying needs of both small teams and larger organizations. While there is no free plan, the availability of a free demo also allows teams to evaluate the software before committing to a purchase.
Here’s a quick look at what pricing for Stamped looks like:
- Single Product (Reviews or Loyalty): $299/month for each individual product.
- Single Product (Lifecycle): $499/month for just the Lifecycle product.
