Aaron Thompson is a distinguished Customer Success Keynote Speaker and Educator. He is the Chief Revenue Officer at SuccessCOACHING, the world’s leading skills development platform for Customer Success Management. Aaron is also the CEO and Founder of RedSlacks.com, an online library of Customer Success educational content. Aaron has decades of training and instructional design experience and has also built and scaled Customer Success organizations from scratch.
