Player Support Specialist — Big Viking Games (Canada Only)

CS Quality and Knowledge Manager — Hopper (Canada)

Molina provides insurance through government programs like Medicare and Medicaid, with 15,000 employees and total revenue of over 32 billion. They’re a steadfast believer in going above and beyond to care for their team, so they’re better able to provide necessary care to the community. 

Senior CX Jobs

CX Solution Manager — SAP (North America)

Salary: $113,900 – $239,300

Their offerings vary depending on whether you’re in Canada or the US, but there’s certainly no shortage of options to peruse. Senior Customer Success Engineer — Vercel (Pacific US Only)

Salary: $110,000 – $151,500

Why It’s Hot: Vercel offers a frontend cloud that provides web developers with tools, frameworks, infrastructure, and workflows to make it easier to personalize website and app designs. In this role, you’ll help troubleshoot customer service issues and engineer new solutions to make their experience with Vercel even more seamless. 

Senior Customer Solutions Manager — Entrust (North America)

Salary: $135,000 – $203,000
