Customer Experience Automation Lead — HelloFresh (US Only)

Salary $108,000 – $130,000

Why It’s Hot: How the heck are we supposed to find time to buy, plan, and prepare a homemade meal each day when we have jobs, families, and so many sick video games? HelloFresh filled a major gap in the food services market—the goodness of a home-cooked dinner with the time-saving benefits of delivery—and now millions of people around the world are making the switch to easy-prep meal kits. The recipes are deceivingly fancy, yet simple—perfect for impressing a dinner date with your culinary prowess! Just make sure to hide the delivery box.

Senior CX Jobs

Senior Customer Support Analyst — Payscale (Canada)

Salary: $74,600 - $112,000 CAD

Perks: It comes as no surprise that this employee compensation software company doesn’t skimp on benefits and bonuses for their team! Top it off with a generous vacation package, annual bonuses, and free courses through Workramp, things at Payscale are looking pretty dreamy.

Why It’s Hot: Payscale earned a nice stack of awards in 2022 for being a great place to work, and as leaders of compensation technology, they know a thing or two about paying their staff fairly. Through their data-driven insights and innovative software, they’re helping corporate giants like The Washington Post and Perry Ellis International determine equitable and competitive wages for their unique industries.

Head of Customer Experience — Rupa Health (US Only)

Salary: $150,000 – $180,000

Perks: With a juicy salary, comprehensive benefits plan, and equity opportunities, Rupa Health provides all the basic necessities for an easy breezy life. But on top of those more tangible benefits, their company culture is super appealing. Their leadership team includes a standup comedian, a karate master, a self-proclaimed “fish expert”, and a bunch of other interesting folks with great senses of humor. By the looks of their Glassdoor reviews, everyone seems to really love it there!

Why It’s Hot: This impressive startup is creating software for medical testing that eliminates long wait times and makes it easier for medical professionals and patients to get the information they need. They claim to take 15-hour testing processes and simplify them into 15-minute ordering tasks for doctors, nurses, and even acupuncturists. They’ve got some aggressive growth targets, so a future at Rupa Health could bring huge opportunities.

They also have an opening for an entry-level CX position offering $40,000, so if you’re eager to work your way up the ranks in a fast-growing tech company, now’s your chance!

Director of Product Design (Search) — Etsy (US Only)

Salary: $202,000 – $262,000

Perks: With a salary that hefty, you’ll be able to afford all the cross-stitch astrology pendants, hand-dyed alpaca wool, and artisanal bath bombs you can get your hands on. An annual performance bonus, equity package, and a stacked benefits plan make it all the more enticing—but let’s be honest, we’re mostly excited about the bath bombs.

Why It’s Hot: Who else could waste a solid five hours simply by scrolling through pretty handmade and vintage treasures on Etsy? If that sounds like your cup of tea, this might just be your dream job. You’ll be in charge of designing software and researching customer behavior to optimize Etsy’s product search page, delivering results that compel the masses to Add To Card!
